Mr. L’host ] is a senior expert and trainer with extensive experience in leadership development, with 20 years of experience in climate leadership programs.
He is based in Geneva, Dubaï, and Moscow, working internationally with both the Private and the Public Sectors. He graduated in Public Administration & Economics and later specialized in Marketing at the Plus-Values Institute in Paris.
With a strong background in sustainability, systems thinking, change management and organizational change, he has supported leaders and teams across sectors – especially through the UNFCCC and the CDM Executive Board (Kyoto Protocol’s of Climate Development Mechanism under the authority and guidance of the (COP) Conference of the Parties) – to drive impactful, climate-resilient strategies. He designs and facilitates high-level trainings that empower individuals and teams to lead effectively in the face of complex environmental challenges and multiple stakeholders’ projects and partnerships.
Mr. L’host has been active for 28 years in International Training & Consulting groups and delivered training and coaching services on a wide set of subjects for Private Sector Companies as well as Public Sector Organizations and Universities
Mr. L’host has managed more than 90 large-scale international projects in more than 110 different countries. He has dealt with more than 200 companies/organizations worldwide and delivered training for more than 40’000 leaders, negotiators and experts.

The Global Alliance of Universities on Climate (GAUC) was established in 2019 with the mission of providing leadership in global higher education’s efforts to address climate change. Since its establishment, it has received generous recognition worldwide. The activities provided by GAUC attracted over 300 million global participants.
